Fitness KickboxingOur Fitness Kickboxing program is an alternative to traditional fitness and martial arts training. The program is designed to combine aerobic fitness activities with body weight and resistance training that will help you shed weight, improve your cardio fitness levels, reduce stress, and improve concentration. Not only that, you are training your mind and body to work as one in the event you ever find yourself in a situation where you need to defend yourself or loved ones.

Participants go through a series of exercises and routines on a timer to help them stay on track, and since this is all timed, it works well for any experience level, beginner to advanced.

 

The cycles of the training are as follows:

  • Striking Techniques
  • Kicking Techniques
  • Combinations
  • Body Weight Training
  • Ground Training

Even though the intensity of the training is controlled by the participant, this is not for the faint of heart. This fast paced program will wear you out no matter how much effort you put in.

Best of all, you will be training in a controlled environment, with Black Belt martial artists coaching you along the way, with a group of like minded individuals.

Classes are limited in frequency and size. Currently classes are only offered on Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Limited to 10 participants. Don’t delay, interest in this program has been good.

Fitness KickboxingGloves or Wraps?

Wraps. They are less bulky and allow better freedom of movement in the hands for the variety of activities.

What does it cost?

Currently, we are only offering 6 week sessions. The cost is $127 for the 6 weeks. Since we are running this concurrently, you can start at anytime, based on space available. Once we have achieved capacity, we will start a waitlist. Participants on the waitlist will need to complete the registration process 1 week prior to their first class.

Do I have to attend Orientation?

Only if you have not participated in this program before. We want you to see how the program works and make sure this is something that suites your needs.

Do you have drop-in rates?

No. We do not have space on the floor to accommodate drop-ins.

What do I wear?

Comfortable shorts and a t-shirt is best. And bring a towel and water bottle, you’ll need it.
